So let me just say that, for my first birth and doula lizzy made sure to support me every step of the way. Due to me not having insurance, I couldn’t start any appointments with an obgyn until 5 months(thankfully my baby girl is healthy) but once I got to Lizzy she made sure we caught up right away. She sent me all the information I needed to be well informed, we went over my birth plan and she made it all happen. I forgot to let her know when I went into labor since it was like 2am and somehow she still showed up right on time to guide me and help me push 😭 I’m super happy with my birth experience and Lizzy along with the support of my family played a HUGE role in how it turned out. I will be calling her for my next birth 💗 thank you so much Lizzy.

Lizzy was truly a life saver for me! She is an amazing coach, knowledgeable and compassionate. She advocates for her clients and educates them as well. If your looking for a doula, don’t look any further, you will not be disappointed!

Solo cosas buenas tengo que decir de Lizzy. La mejor doula que eh conocido, me ayudó en todo momento tanto antes y después del parto. Muy profesional y lo mejor que puede hablar más de un idioma. La recomiendo 100%. GRACIAS por hacer de mi experiencia en la maternidad algo mágico.

Working with Lizzy was a fabulous experience. Lizzy immediately helped me and my husband feel comfortable with allowing her to be part of the intimate experience of the birth of our second child. We met in person to discuss my desires for my unmedicated birth and while my due date approached, Lizzy was always on call to answer questions or just to check in to see how I was feeling. I don’t think I would have been able to make it through my long labor without pain meds if it wasn’t for Lizzy. She encouraged me to try different tactics to reduce the pain and discomfort. Lizzy truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to assist in any way. I highly recommend Lizzy if you are in search of a supportive, compassionate and knowledgeable doula!
